We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or catering settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers to provide a welcoming atmosphere and ensure their satisfaction. Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and payment transactions. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service. Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support food service during banquets or events. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices within the food industry. Experience in brewing or cocktail preparation is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
