Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and taking drink orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Assist with food service as needed, including taking food orders and serving meals.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
• Keep track of inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies when necessary.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
• Experience in food service or restaurant environments is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is beneficial.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $15.00 per hour
