Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle cash transactions will be essential in delivering an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices Engage with customers, providing excellent service while taking orders and offering recommendations Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, for order entry and cash handling Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in food service Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and report any shortages to management Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable Demonstrate basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of various drink recipes and serving techniques is a plus Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
