Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while serving food items. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers at the bar. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Adhere to local laws regarding alcohol service and maintain responsible serving practices.

Skills

Proven experience in the restaurant or food industry, preferably as a bartender or server. Proficient in using POS systems, specifically Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $17.85-$21.00 per hour
