We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest receives an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing outstanding hospitality to our patrons.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure efficient service.

Skills

Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling. Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for calculating drink recipes and managing tabs efficiently. Experience in cashiering within the food industry is preferred .

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.75-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
