Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Your ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

Craft high-quality classic and modern cocktails with precision and efficiency. Provide top-tier hospitality, engaging with guests to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. Maintain high service standards, ensuring every guest feels valued and spoiled. Continuously expand knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and preparation techniques. Assist with bar prep and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements:

Strong foundation in cocktail-making and bar service. Passion for hospitality and guest experience. Serving It Right certification (mandatory). Willingness to learn and grow within a team. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time position, averaging 35-40 hours per week over four shifts. Wage starting at $17.85/hr plus tips.

Experience

Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing. Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve customers during peak hours. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and helping guests enjoy their experience. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus.
