Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of food and beverage service, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to standard recipes Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing exceptional customer service Use POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and payment processing Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with legal requirements Assist in setting up and closing down the bar at the beginning and end of each shift Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate food and beverage delivery

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Friendly personality with strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Must be at least 21 years old (if serving alcohol) and possess any necessary permits or certifications required by local regulations
