Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with company standards. Take orders accurately using POS systems like Micros POS, ensuring proper cash handling and cashiering procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service to enhance their experience. Restock bar supplies as needed and assist in inventory management. Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in math calculations for bills and tips. Serve food items when applicable, ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours.

Requirements

Prior experience in restaurant or food industry settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and bill splitting. Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to serve alcohol responsibly following all legal requirements and company policies. Friendly personality with strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Pay: $17.20-$32.57 per hour
