You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that each guest receives outstanding service. Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring that all items are presented beautifully. Assist with food preparation and sanitation of work areas to maintain cleanliness. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent guest services. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Process payments accurately, utilizing basic math skills for transactions.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation standards is a plus. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the dining experience.

Pay: $17.20 per hour
