We are seeking a friendly and attentive Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently Engage with guests in a welcoming manner, ensuring a positive experience Use POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and payment processing Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area according to food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Restock bar supplies as needed, including beverages, garnishes, and glassware Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies Assist in serving food when necessary, supporting overall restaurant operations Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service Uphold hospitality standards by creating a friendly atmosphere for guests

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles Familiarity with Micros POS or similar POS systems is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods efficiently Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor Must be at least 21 years old (if serving alcohol) and able to serve responsibly
