We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience Use POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and payment processing Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area according to food safety standards Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest consumption and adhering to legal requirements Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts Follow food safety protocols related to food handling and sanitation Assist in setting up the bar area before shifts and cleaning up after closing

Skills

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with knowledge of beverage preparation Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS or similar platforms Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and change calculation Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills and a personable demeanor suitable for hospitality roles Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
