We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Operate the POS system efficiently for processing transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests at the bar. Handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting in ordering as needed. Adhere to all local health regulations and safety guidelines within the food service industry.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to food handling is essential. Familiarity with POS systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
