Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced environment. Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Process customer orders efficiently using POS systems, including Micros POS, ensuring accurate billing and cash handling. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices and compliance with food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary, ensuring timely delivery of orders. Uphold food handling standards and maintain knowledge of food safety practices within the bar environment. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.

Skills

Proven experience in the restaurant or food industry, particularly in a bartending or serving role. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Proficient in using POS systems, specifically Micros POS, for order processing and cash management. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for customers.
