Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service when applicable. Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.

Experience

Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred. Familiarity with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Strong understanding of food handling and safety practices is essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. A background in hospitality or serving is highly desirable. Pay: $15.00-$29.94 per hour
