Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests in both fine dining and nightclub settings. Your expertise in food safety, cash handling, and time management will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for processing orders and managing transactions efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquets or catering events to ensure seamless service. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashing out at the end of shifts. Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation to enhance guest experience.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Excellent sales skills to promote drink specials and upsell menu items. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records. Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to adhere to health regulations. Experience in catering or banquet service is advantageous. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
