Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and keeping supplies stocked. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction with their drinks. Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Handle cash transactions accurately, including making change and processing credit card payments.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service is essential. A background in hospitality will enhance your ability to create memorable experiences for our guests.
