Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and hospitality industry, providing exceptional customer service while crafting delicious beverages. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a well-organized bar area.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Stay updated on drink trends and menu offerings to provide recommendations to customers. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with health regulations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or food service is required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mixing techniques is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
