Summary

Your role as a Bartender at Regina Rugby Club is vital in delivering exceptional service to our guests while maintaining the lively atmosphere of our venue. Located in Regina, this position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that values community and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

Preparing and serving beverages efficiently while ensuring quality standards.

Engaging with guests to provide friendly and attentive service.

Managing cash transactions accurately using Micros POS systems.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and guest area.

Adhering to food safety and food handling protocols.

Supporting the team during events to ensure smooth operations.

Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with stock replenishment when needed.

Qualifications:

Availabilty Saturday an/or Sunday Mornings availblity, as well as, one week night Monday-Friday. Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the food industry.

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.

Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems.

Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.

Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.

Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.

Hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
