Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of beverage preparation and service. As a Bartender, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and crafting delicious drinks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Process transactions efficiently using the POS system, handling cash and credit card payments accurately. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests at the bar. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible service guidelines. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management when stock levels are low. Uphold food handling safety standards and maintain compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong knowledge of basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while providing exceptional hospitality. Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar area.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
