Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving beverages while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Process customer orders efficiently using the POS system, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering practices. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Provide support during busy periods by helping fellow team members as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or food service within the restaurant or food industry is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and safe alcohol service guidelines is essential. Proficiency in operating a POS system for order processing is required. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in cashiering duties. Excellent math skills for accurate drink preparation measurements and cash transactions. Ability to work well under pressure while delivering outstanding customer service. Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
