We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure efficient service. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders as needed, providing excellent food service alongside beverage offerings. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their overall experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, preferably as a bartender or in a similar role. Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing is preferred. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be of legal drinking age as required by local laws and regulations.
