We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their dining experience. Operate the POS system efficiently, processing transactions accurately and handling cash with care. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items alongside beverages. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies, assisting in ordering as needed to maintain stock. Adhere to all local laws regarding alcohol service and responsible serving practices.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, showcasing familiarity with food service operations. Proficiency in using Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate billing. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
