Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing bar operations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage cash handling and processing transactions accurately using the POS system. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed to ensure stock availability. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable. Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times. Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred. Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to operate independently when required. Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor to enhance guest interactions.
