Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders and ensuring food is delivered in a timely manner creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Process cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling practices are followed. Engage with customers to provide excellent hospitality, taking orders and offering recommendations when needed. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Comply with food safety regulations and maintain proper food handling procedures at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.

Effective time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Proficient in cashiering duties with basic math skills for accurate transactions. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices related to beverage preparation. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately in drink preparation.

Pay: $17.20-$17.21 per hour
