We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender and Server to join our dynamic team. You'll be the heartbeat of the room--serving up good times while keeping everything polished to perfection and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices Maitre 'D POS system Engage with customers, providing excellent service while managing multiple orders efficiently Restock supplies and daily side/cleaning duties Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper change is given and maintaining accountability Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods

Requirements

Previous experience in bartending or serving is preferred Strong time management skills to handle high-volume service periods efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations Ability to work flexible hours, including daytime, nights and weekends as required by the business needs Experience with pint pouring techniques or cocktail crafting A positive attitude and a passion for the hospitality industry

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
