Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and ensuring that all patrons have a pleasant experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to all food safety and alcohol regulations to ensure compliance with local laws. Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service standards.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience in the food industry, particularly in bartending or hospitality roles. Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to enhance guest experiences.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
