Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a bartender you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to create an enjoyable environment for guests.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders accurately, and delivering drinks promptly. Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies. Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience preferred, but not required. Familiarity with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive guest experience. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
