Responsibilities: \xc3\x98 Responsible for the selling of food and beverage in the clubhouse and the general service and maintenance required for the patrons, specifically for the bar. \xc3\x98 Responsible for reading, understand and following the beverage order or Banquet Event Order associated with the function being served prior to service \xc3\x98 Responsible for preparing beverages for patrons \xc3\x98 Responsible for putting liquor orders away in the appropriate areas \xc3\x98 Responsible for taking empty liquor and beer bottles to the appropriate areas and keep all working areas neat and tidy including the liquor room \xc3\x98 Knowledgeable of liquor laws and Smart Serve techniques that are relevant to clubhouse service \xc3\x98 Ensure that all customer complaints are relayed to Pub Manager \xc3\x98 To ensure correct billing procedures. \xc3\x98 To provide excellent service to guests, ensuring level of service meets Hotel standards To ensure all Hotel policies and Government and Ontario regulations are strictly adhered Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
