We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. This role requires proficiency in various POS systems, including Aloha and Micros, as well as a solid understanding of food safety and handling practices. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks to guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Engage with customers to provide excellent service and enhance their dining experience. Process orders efficiently using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new drink recipes and industry trends.

Requirements

Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or other point-of-sale systems is highly desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions. Experience in fine dining or banquet service is a plus.
