We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations while preparing drinks. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for patrons. Proficiency in using POS systems for processing orders and payments. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
