Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender to provide exceptional service in a lively hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable guest experiences, possess strong knowledge of beverage preparation, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. This role involves mixing drinks, managing POS transactions, and ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience Operate POS systems such as Micros POS efficiently for order processing and payments Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels regularly Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and adhering to legal drinking age regulations Follow food safety protocols when handling food or garnishes associated with drinks Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed of service

Experience

Prior experience in restaurant or food industry settings preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, making change, and measuring ingredients Previous experience in hospitality or food service environments is a plus
