Excusez-Moi is hiring Bartenders who can own the bar, keep drinks flowing, and keep guests spending. This role is about more than mixing drinks, we need a strong personality who can create an atmosphere that attracts new guests, keeps groups engaged, and builds repeat business both in-house and online.

What we're looking for:

Confident bartenders with presence behind the bar and the ability to draw people in Strong upselling skills (doubles, premium liquor, extra rounds) delivered naturally Ability to use personality, humor, and conversation to drive traffic and retention Comfort using social media and personal networks to promote events, create buzz, and bring in new customers Professional boundaries: all customer engagement stays inside the lounge Speed and consistency in cocktail making, even under pressure Able to handle rowdy guests with control while keeping the vibe positive Team players who respect leadership while bringing energy and initiative

Requirements:

Must be 18+ with valid ProServe (or able to obtain before starting) At least 1 year bartending experience preferred Flexible availability, especially late nights, weekends, holidays Reliable, professional, and motivated to help build the lounge's reputation
