Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting drinks, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Learn to craft and serve our diverse drink menu Create an engaging atmosphere during events (live music, karaoke, trivia nights) Contribute ideas for improvement - we actually listen! Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and restaurant area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies, cleaning up the toiles as needed. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices. Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines for food handling. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Adhoc duites from management
