Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including regular cleaning of glassware, utensils, and equipment. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
