Responsibilities

Being respectful to customers. Greeting and seating customers. Providing assistance with menu. (knowing the menu, dietary restrictions and e.t.c) Taking customer orders. Serving customers promptly and professionally. Providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns and/or requests. Taking payments. Contributing to a positive dining experience by maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory as

we are willing to train.

Strong customer service skills with a

friendly demeanor and positive attitude.

Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food handling practices. Excellent communication skills to

interact effectively

with guests and team members. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
