Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This role requires a strong understanding of food safety, beverage preparation, and effective communication skills to create a memorable experience for our patrons.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and customer preferences Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and hospitality Comply with all food handling, safety regulations, and licensing laws

Requirements

Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles Knowledge of POS systems such as Sliverwafre POS and basic math skills for cash handling and tab management Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods Understanding of food safety standards and food handling procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Must be at least 21 years old (if applicable based on local regulations) Hospitality experience is a plus, demonstrating a welcoming attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 22 per week
