We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. Previous experience in food service or the hospitality industry is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional service to our patrons.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and recipes Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service Use POS systems like Micros POS for order entry and cashiering duties, including cash handling and processing payments Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adhere to food safety regulations Restock bar supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware Manage multiple orders efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy Follow all food safety protocols related to food handling and beverage preparation Assist in setting up the bar for service and closing procedures at the end of shifts Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours

Qualifications

Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during shifts Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure Hospitality background or experience serving beverages is preferred but not required Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to local regulations
