Overview

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, managing POS systems, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment. Previous restaurant experience, familiarity with Pixelpoint POS, and food handling skills are highly valued. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience Proficient knowledge with VLT's and all VLT operations. Use POS systems such as Pixelpoint POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Manage cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed throughout shifts Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours Assist in setting up the bar area before service and cleaning after closing

Experience

Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in bartending or beverage service Familiarity with Pixelpoint POS or similar POS systems is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
