Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving food, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain high standards of food safety will be crucial in this role.

Duties

Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their experience. Operate the POS system for processing orders and handling cash transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers at the bar. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock. Adhere to all local health and safety regulations regarding food service and alcohol consumption. Demonstrate basic math skills for accurate cash handling and change calculations.

Requirements

Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred, with specific bartending experience being a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests in a busy environment. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Clover POS, is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for customers.
