Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and providing outstanding service to our patrons.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils. Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, for processing orders and payments. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while serving food items when necessary. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding food service and drink pairings.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to food handling. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
