Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a solid understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to manage time effectively while maintaining high standards of food safety and service will be essential in this role.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of supplies Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing orders and handling cash transactions Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer

Skills

Proven experience in the restaurant or food service industry, preferably as a Bartender Proficient in using POS systems, particularly Micros POS Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
