Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and excellent customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while serving beverages and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks will be essential in providing an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling and accountability.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Manage time efficiently during busy shifts to ensure all customers receive prompt attention.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• A passion for hospitality and helping others create memorable experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
