We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be managing the bar area, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Process customer orders efficiently while ensuring accurate cash handling and register operations. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink offerings. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patrons. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Uphold company policies regarding responsible alcohol service.

Requirements

Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant or food industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
