We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender with 2 years of minimum experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving patrons, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks efficiently. Operate the POS system for order entry and payment processing, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Uphold the establishment's hospitality standards while maintaining a friendly atmosphere.

Skills

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in the food industry or hospitality sector. Proficiency in using Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy shifts. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
