Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong knowledge of mixology. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the bar's efficiency and upholding our standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service for all customers.

Skills

Strong bartending skills with knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques. Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately. Excellent hospitality skills to create a welcoming environment for guests. Experience in restaurant or bar settings preferred, demonstrating familiarity with fast-paced environments. Proficient in cash handling and cashiering duties, with experience using POS systems. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours. Understanding of food safety practices to ensure a safe dining experience for customers.
