Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team for Stampede. The ideal candidates will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests while efficiently managing bar operations. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling practices. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.

Skills

Proven experience in bartending Strong knowledge of drink recipes Proficient in cash handling, cashiering, and operating POS systems. Excellent math skills for processing transactions accurately. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. A positive attitude with a willingness to help others and contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.
