We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender/Mixologist to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender/Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Your expertise in mixology, combined with excellent customer service skills, will contribute to a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Craft and serve a diverse range of cocktails and beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing the POS system for processing orders and payments. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for restocking to management. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality.

Experience

Previous bartending experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of mixology techniques and beverage preparation. Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume service efficiently. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential; certification in food handling is a plus.
