Summary

Join Milano Global as a Bartender in our vibrant team located in Canada. In this role, you will craft memorable experiences for our guests by mixing drinks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Check identification to verify legal drinking age. Manage cash register and handle transactions accurately. Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment. Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Restock bar supplies as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of POS systems, including Micros POS. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to handle cash and perform basic math accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards and food handling procedures. Time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Hospitality-oriented mindset with a professional attitude. Previous experience with cashiering is preferred.

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour
