Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent hospitality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or food service is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Food handling certification is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is required.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$17.30 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
