As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively will be crucial in delivering a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Uphold high standards of hospitality by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all guests.

Skills

Proficient in bartending techniques with a solid understanding of mixology. Strong knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Experience in cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring accurate transactions. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members alike.
